American Cabinet Works in Gardena, CA seeks Lead Project Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop/maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with clients to establish project requirements, expectations, and deliverables. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and review construction plans, specifications, and drawings. Procure materials, equipment, and services. Document and negotiate changes. Develop comprehensive cost estimates and draft proposals. Lead project meetings, site visits, and inspections. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, etc.

Annual salary is between $88K-$90K.
REQ: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
2 years of experience in the same or similar occupation overseeing construction projects for commercial properties.
